Doireann and Paddy Andrews are marking a ‘bittersweet’ next chapter in their family life as they have bought a new house.
The former Dublin GAA star and his wife posed for a sweet picture with their two young kids, Hugo, aged two, and baby Eden, seven months, on the driveway after they officially picked up the keys to their new home.
And while it’s an exciting new step for the young family, as many people looking to buy a new home in today’s housing market will understand, they admitted it has taken a lot of ‘blood, stress and tears’ to get the keys to their new home.

Doireann wrote: ‘The next chapter,’ along with a house emoji and a love heart. ‘After a lot of blood, stress and tears, we’re finally in!
She also felt emotional moving on from the place they’ve lived for the last decade, and where they brought their first two children home from the hospital, saying: ‘Bittersweet saying goodbye to our home of ten years where we’ve had so many happy memories, but very excited to make this house a home.’

It’s been a big year for the Andrews as they welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Eden, at the end of April.
The couple recently marked their daughter’s christening day in the sweetest way, hosting a party for their nearest and dearest at Luttrellstown Castle Resort in Castleknock.

Eden looked adorable on her big day in a white gown and bonnet and matched her mum, who also wore a white dress for the occasion.
Eden is the couple’s second child, as they are already parents to their little boy Hugo, who arrived in October 2023.
