A Kerry man charged with a threat to kill and producing a weapon during a dispute arising out of a feud between families in Killarney, came before Tralee Circuit Criminal Court to seek changes to his bail conditions.
James Casey (35) of 13 Hazelwood Drive, Killarney, sought to extend the time of his curfew to 12 midnight and to allow him to enter Killarney town and go to the INEC.
