Minister Michael Healy-Rae and Deputy Danny Healy-Rae say they have secured a ‘major breakthrough’ following the announcement that the long-awaited Killarney–Farranfore bypass will reach construction stage by 2030.
The announcement was welcomed by the Kilgarvan duo on Wednesday, describing it as a “historic and long-overdue’ commitment from Government.
