A jury sworn in to deal with a €320,000 fraud case was not required to hear any evidence after guilty please were tendered at the last minute.
The case of Alan Hynes with an address at Larkinstown, Coolree, Wexford was brought after an investigation by officers in the national economic crime bureau.
