Free parking arrangements have been announced for a number of towns in Kerry for the festive period.
From December 5th to January 4th, there’ll be periods of free parking in Killarney, Listowel and Tralee.
In Killarney, there will be free parking each day from 9.30am to 2pm between December 5th and January 4th with a maximum two0hour limit.
As well as this, there will be €2 all-day parking in the Lewis Road, High Street, and Rock Road car parks in Killarney.
In Listowel, on-street free parking is available all day during these dates, with a two-hour limit in place. The council says there are also additional 400 off-street spaces which you do not have to pay for in Listowel.
In Tralee, parking will be free between 9:30am and 2:00pm daily in all public car parks, and this is also subject to a two-hour limit.
