Tesco Ireland has confirmed plans for a new Express store opening in Salthill, Galway next week.
The British supermarket giant has confirmed to the Irish Independent that a new Tesco Express store will open along the Salthill Promenade on the first week of December.
Located at the Baily Point apartment development, the new location will be well positioned to capitalise on the vast volume of locals and tourists alike who visit the area daily.
A spokesperson for Tesco said that the store will be managed by Seán Cleary, who will lead a team of 12 new colleagues, at the new store.
“We are delighted to confirm that we are opening a new Express store in Salthill, Co Galway next week,” they said.
