After several failures, Girish realized that he was not meant to be an actor and, at the age of 27, chose to leave the film industry and take over the family business, Tips Industries, as the Chief Operating Officer. As per DNA, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees all aspects of the movie business: film production, film distribution, and music. Today, Tips Industries has a market capitalization of Rs 8500 crore and is one of the most successful entertainment companies in India due to Girish’s hard work and vision.
