Coronation Street’s Lauren Bolton becomes suspicious over Megan Walsh and Will Driscoll next month after spotting them spending time together in secret. She’s alarmed by how close they seem, but will she decide to intervene?
Upcoming scenes see Will become jealous as Megan bonds with Daniel Osbourne, who looks set to become her work colleague. Megan secures a job interview for Weatherfield High following some advice from Daniel – and he’s so smitten with the newcomer that he asks her out.
Megan agrees, seemingly planning to use Daniel as a cover to conceal her grooming of Will. With his emotions manipulated by Megan’s scheming, Will struggles to see them appearing so cosy together.
In the aftermath, Eva Price forces her struggling stepson to apologise to her employee Lauren, after the teenager foolishly tries to kiss her.

“Will is so jealous of Megan and Daniel’s developing relationship that he decides to get his own back by snogging Lauren,” our Corrie source explains.
“Unfortunately, it doesn’t go to plan and Will is left humiliated. Luckily, Lauren takes it in her stride and assures him that there’s no bad blood between them, but that does little to relieve his embarrassment.”
Later, Will meets up with his secret ‘girlfriend’ Megan in the precinct to apologise for the vengeful kiss.
However, as the pair chat, they’re unaware of curious Lauren watching them nearby with a growing sense of unease. After her own ordeals with sinister Joel Deering, has she rumbled the Street’s newest villain?

“Lauren sees how close Will and Megan are, and it immediately registers as wrong to her,” our insider continues.
“She hasn’t figured out what’s happening between them yet, but she’s on high alert – if she witnesses more of their interactions, she could be the first one to clock on to their inappropriate relationship…”
Could street-smart Lauren be destined to do more digging and uncover Megan’s sadistic grooming of Will?
