Coronation Street has aired the dramatic aftermath of Becky Swain‘s return, but what will Lisa Swain do next?
Viewers will know that Lisa had been looking into the death of her late wife Becky in recent months and in Monday’s episode, Becky came out of hiding to pay a visit to her stunned family, who believed she was dead.

In today’s episode, a tearful Lisa reeled in shock, asking Becky what happened and where she had been for the past four years.
Becky explained how she was working undercover and had no choice but to go into hiding when her identity was leaked in a bid to protect Lisa and Betsy from an infamous drug gang.

Carla returned home to be faced by Becky and the reality that she had been alive all along, living undercover in Spain.
When Becky said she wanted to visit Betsy, Lisa said there was “no chance” and stormed out of the house, saying she needed some air.
After Roy turned up and told Carla that he had seen Lisa’s dead wife, Becky told Carla they had to find her before she spilled the beans to Costello, who was involved in the cover up.

Having tracked Lisa to a park, Lisa showed Becky where she and Betsy scattered her ashes and Becky explained how a woman called Tia Wardley died in a hit and run and the team passed Tia’s death off as her own so she could escape.
Turning to a distraught Becky, Lisa said: “You don’t get to be upset and you don’t get my sympathy. You were dead, so you can stay dead.”
Later, at the factory, Becky and Lisa continued their talk and an angry Lisa told Becky that she and Betsy couldn’t trust her. Lisa told her to stay away from Betsy, shouting: “Get out, and don’t come back.”
Back at home Lisa broke down in Carla’s arms, overcome with emotion.
