A judge has expressed doubts that Deirdre Morley, the mentally ill mother who killed her three children, can successfully challenge a coroner’s decision to limit the scope of their inquests.
Mr Justice Garrett Simons said there were matters within the discretion of the coroner and that the High Court could not “micro-manage” the Coroner’s Court.
