Clontarf went back to the Dublin GAA convention tonight with a slightly revised motion to set a minimum number of club games a player must have played in the previous year to be eligible to participate at inter-county level.
A similar motion went to Congress in Donegal earlier this year but was withdrawn on the floor where Clontarf member and former Dublin footballer Noel McCaffrey spoke on it.
