Motorists are urged to take care today after flooding was reported on the R249 road just past Drummonaghan Wood in Ramelton.
The stretch of road from Ramelton to Ballyare has become difficult to pass due to rising water levels.
Local councillor Pauric McGarvey says the council has been notified, but urged road users to exercise caution if travelling in the area.
