A male motorcyclist in his late teens has been seriously injured in a four-vehicle crash in Co Kerry this evening.
Gardaà are appealing for witnesses after the serious crash in Killarney at around 4:00pm.
Gardaà and emergency services responded to the crash involving the motorbike and three other vehicles on the N22 at Lissivigeen.
The motorcyclist, a male in his late teens, was brought by air ambulance to Cork University Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries reported at this time.
The road has been closed to allow for a technical examination of the scene to be conducted by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
Gardaà are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the N22 in the Lissivigeen area between 3:45pm and 4:15pm are asked to make it available to investigating GardaÃ.
