Tara Reid’s disastrous night out at a hotel bar has friends pleading with the actress to change her lifestyle, a source tells the National Enquirer.

In late November, the 50-year-old claimed she was drugged after getting one drink, blacking out and ending up in a Chicago-area hospital.

However, video surveillance later obtained by TMZ showed Reid downing multiple glasses of wine and no evidence that anything was slipped into the American Pie alum’s drink.

“Tara is still insisting her wine got spiked and she’s adamant she’ll be vindicated when the full facts finally emerge,” says the source, noting Reid even filed a police report. “But there’s no denying she was off the rails that night.”

Per the released video footage, the Sharknado star had to be taken out of the hotel via wheelchair and stretcher.

“Everyone’s worried about her and begging Tara to get help,” shares the source. “No matter what really happened in Illinois, the horrific reality is that her life was in danger. Clearly, she needs to reset her priorities and start with a sober, healthier lifestyle.”

Reid’s hard-partying ways have long made headlines.

“When I go out to drink, I really drink,” she reportedly admitted to Rolling Stone in 1999.

The celebrity even checked herself into rehab in 2008, insisting to In Touch that she was “clean and sober” following a 60-day stint at Promises Treatment Center.

“Tara’s been getting involved in these messy situations for much of her adult life,” says the source. “She’s constantly taking one step forward and two steps back.”

Adds the source, “Enough is enough.”
