A Christmas Variety Show will take centre-stage at the Buncrana Cinema next week.

The show, titled “A Holly Jolly Christmas” will be a one-night only spectacular held on Tuesday the 16th of December.

Performances from some of the best and brightest talent from Buncrana, Inishowen and the North West as a whole will be accompanied with some comedy fun on the night from host, comedian Joseph P. Carlin.

The Inishowen Gospel Choir, new local pop-soul group PikaTunes, the Inish Theatre Group, and talented students from Scoil Trad Bhuncranncha will all take to the stage for the show, which is also a part of the “Buncrana By Night” initiative from Donegal County Council.

It is open to all ages, and promises to be the perfect pre-Christmas evening for all.

As part of the ‘Buncrana By Night’ initiative from Donegal County Council, ‘A Holly Jolly Christmas’ will come to Buncrana Cinema for one-night-only on Tuesday 16th December. The variety show will be filled with music, laughter, and Christmas magic, and include highlights performances from some of the best talent in Buncrana, Inishowen and the North-West.

The show will be hosted by comedian Joseph P. Carlin, bringing plenty of fun and festive cheer. Sophie Gallagher, Buncrana’s Night-Time Economy Advisor said “The Buncrana Night-Time Economy Initiative has allowed Buncrana Cinema to thrive as a diverse cultural venue, and this is a festive celebration of the historic cinema and local talent”

Buncrana By Night is funded by the Department for Culture, Sport and Media and is a Donegal County Council Night-Time Economy Initiative.
