Almost 13 years after Celtic Tiger era property developer Sean Dunne filed for bankruptcy, a US court has finally approved the distribution of assets to some of his creditors.
A federal judge in Connecticut rejected eleventh hour objections from the Co Carlow born businessman to sanction the payment of “priority claims” made by Mr Dunne’s two ex-wives.
