A disqualified driver who was stopped by gardaí in Listowel also tested positive for drugs and had no insurance or NCT.
Listowel gardaí were on patrol yesterday morning at 9 o’clock when they came across this driver, who is in their 20s.
The driver had no insurance, no NCT, was disqualified from driving, and tested positive for cocaine.

They were arrested, and gardaí took a blood sample for analysis.
Gardaí also seized the vehicle, and they say the driver is due before the courts at a later date.
