A North Cork native has been told that his excuse for driving without insurance and a licence on two occasions was just “blah, blah, blah” by a District Court judge.
David O’Sullivan (25), with an address at St Olan’s Place in Aghabullogue, pleaded guilty to two charges of driving without insurance and a driving licence, dated April 24 and September 10 of this year.
