In a TikTok video and Instagram photo dump posted on December 22, Jenner shared a day in her life as “a horse girl” at her Spanish revival-style home in Northern California, which she purchased back in February. The runway star has been quietly beefing up her real estate portfolio, supplementing her Beverly Hills mansion with her recently-redecorated mountain getaway and now, a multi-million ranch featuring a pasture for her horses—and Jenner gave her new dwelling an old money-approved update just in time for Christmas.

Even the star’s Christmas presents were wrapped in a simple and earthy Kraft paper, which were tied with twine and embellished with a sprig of greenery. Jenner also kept her outdoor holiday decorations to a minimum, lighting up a sprawling tree in her yard with twinkling lights from the base to its tallest branches.
