A Dublin-based subsidiary of Gareth Sheridan’s US-based Nutriband is listed for involuntary strike-off after failing to file an annual return for the past seven years.

It means the Irish subsidiary, Nutriband Ltd, where Mr Sheridan is a director, was in breach of the law even while he was seeking nominations to run as a candidate in October’s presidential election.
