A woman with over 170 convictions has been jailed for her role in a violent outburst at a midlands train station that saw her smash a window with her bare hands, causing Iarnród Éireann staff to pin her to the ground as gardaí raced to the scene.
Chronic alcoholic Bianca Fahy (52) of Ocean Lodge, Salthill, Galway, was sentenced to five months behind bars at a sitting of Athlone District Court following the volatile episode at Athlone Train Station on June 12 this year.
