Ireland rugby star Robbie Henshaw and his wife Sophie were given the best Christmas present imaginable after the birth of their new baby.
Revealing the news on social media, Sophie shared a snap of Dad Robbie walking down a hospital corridor carrying his baby.
Well wishes have flooded in underneath the post, with the likes of Jessika O’Mahony and Patti Gibson-Park sending messages of congratulations to the happy couple.
The name of the baby and the gender have yet to be revealed.

The arrival of the little bundle of joy at Christmas time comes less than two years after Robbie and Sophie tied the knot.
While Robbie is getting used to being on father duty, he will have to don the blue shirt of Leinster for the first time since becoming a Dad when he lines up for his province against Munster at Thomond Park on Saturday night.
