Sligo man Michael McDermott said he ‘feels like a rockstar’ after he completed The Great World Race, where he ran half marathons across all seven continents.
McDermott got the ‘golden ticket’ at the last minute, and had just three weeks to prepare for this epic quest that saw him run a half marathon in all seven continents in a week.
