An Post have confirmed when normal postal services will resume after the new year.

The national postal service has confirmed its delivery and retail schedule for the New Year period, with customers are advised to take note of the key dates for deliveries and Post Office branch hours. At the moment, normal postal services are under way, with full national collections and deliveries taking place.

However, on New Year’s Day, Thursday January 1, there will be no deliveries. Any customers awaiting parcels are advised to use the An Post App to track their items, it’s the quickest way to check on their status.

Post Offices across the country closed on Christmas Day and reopened on December 29. Post Offices will be closed for the New Year’s break from Wednesday 31.
