Pete Davidson is asking for help from some of the most recognized business people in the world to take his sock brand to the next level.

In an exclusive clip obtained by People, Davidson appears on Shark Tank hopeful for investors to support his sock brand DoubleSoul. Davidson explains his journey with the company alongside founder Ben Rosenbaum.

The Sharks were certainly surprised to see the Saturday Night Live alum on the show as he explains how he got involved in DoubleSoul. Davidson says, “I get sent a lot of crap, and I usually give it to my cousins. I got sent DoubleSoul a couple years ago, and I had to meet the team, and I wanted to be involved immediately.”

Davidson asks the investors for $500,000 for a 4% stake in the company. It’s currently unknown if the Sharks take the bait … as the episode won’t officially air until September 17.

Davidson has had a busy summer, with the biggest highlight including announcing the pregnancy of his girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.

Hewitt recently shared a series of snaps from the couple’s latest summer vacation where the couple posed together in front of a mirror and showing off Hewitt’s baby bump while Davidson went shirtless in a swimsuit.

Hewitt’s due date is not yet known, but Davidson was open and honest about his new relationship during a recent press tour—specifically talking about how he felt bad about bringing Hewitt into the spotlight.

He told The Breakfast Club, “I feel bad for my girl because I bring a lot of s***, anything I do or she does now is gonna be a thing.” He continued, “I feel so guilty and horrible that … I could not allow her to have the ideal pregnancy that almost every woman gets to have and enjoy.”
