Hilda Fay says her decade-long career acting in Fair City helped hone her talent and land major roles in ­Netflix’s House of Guinness and in Channel 4’s Trespasses.

Fay (52), who is originally from East Wall in Dublin and grew up in Artane, has enjoyed a varied career.
