A man cannot punch his partner around the place and expect to escape imprisonment. That was the message given to 43-year-old Keith Kennedy when he appeared before Wexford Circuit Court.
Kennedy formerly of 1 Innisfail Court, Wexford, and Craan, Bree, more recently resident in Drinagh, Piercestown attended to make a District Court appeal. He was convicted in the lower court of assaulting his partner (now his ex-partner) Mary O’Brien one night in June of 2020.
