Developers in Arlington are finding ways to tuck small neighborhoods onto difficult parcels.
The Arlington Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Monday, Jan. 5, unanimously approved a master development plan for the Chester Hills project south of Interstate 40.
The 15-acre neighborhood north of Donelson Road and east of Airline Road will include 30 single family lots along with three common open spaces.
