January 9th 2026, peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his brother’s John-Joe, Jim and Pat. Sadly missed by his wife Anne (Nancy), sons Michael, William and John, daughters Mary and Trish, daughters-in-law Caroline, Mary and Siobhán and sons-in-law Charlie and Julian, grandchildren Jasmine, Shónagh, Aoibhín, Liam, Jack, Caoimhe, Róisín, Adam, Eoin, Giovanna, Sinéad, Molly, Conor and Emily, sister, Mary O’ Connell, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Sacred Heart Church, Herbertstown on Sunday evening from 4.30pm to 7pm. William’s requiem Mass will take place on Monday at 11.30am in Sacred Heart Church, Herbertstown. 

Burial afterwards in Ballinard Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to CareBright.
