Former MEP Clare Daly has described the Government’s response to America’s actions over the last week as “shameful”.

Ms Daly was speaking outside the US Embassy in Ballsbridge, where a large group of people had gathered to protest against America’s capture of Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro.
