A semi-detached property in Kildare is on offer for €8,000 per month on property website Daft.ie.
The Sallins Bridge property is listed as an 8 bed, 3 bath “spacious residence” which is “an excellent opportunity for businesses seeking quality accommodation for their team members.”
“Furthermore, the property features two self-contained one-bedroom studios with private entrances, which may also be added to the lease,” it adds, list amenities such as “outdoor space, perfect for unwinding”, “large communal areas” and a “fully equipped kitchen”.
The seller further says that “There is a bus (139) to the Intel campus, Leixlip, Maynooth and Blanchardstown, as well as a 30-minute train ride to Heuston Station in Dublin.”
Originally, the property was listed as €8,000 per week, or €32,000 per month. However, after a query from Gript, no reply was received, but this was amended to €8,000 per month, presumably indicating the original price was a typographical error.
In one of the listing’s supplied images, what appears to be a fireplace can be seen beside one of the beds, prompting Gript to ask if this was originally intended as a bedroom, or if it was simply a living room with a bed in it. However, once again, no reply was received.
According to the Daft.ie page, the property was put up on the 14th of January 2025 and has been viewed over 1,000 times.
