22 Kids and Counting star Sue Radford looks unrecognisable after dropping two stone with a simple exercise routine and mental shift. Wanting to prioritise her physical health, the mum-of-22 has been hitting the gym on a regular basis – and has lost so much weight people have been mistaking her for one of her daughters.
In an Instagram post, she shared the two exercises that helped her drop dress sizes. She said: “Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, burned off 207 calories. Did 15 minutes on the stairmaster today. I’m aiming for 20 minutes tomorrow.”
After this, she spent around 25 minutes having a hydromassage, which helps to reduce stress, improve circulation, and aid muscle recovery. It comes after Sue shared a mirror selfie in a matching black gym set, showing off her weight loss.
Her Instagram post read: “Housework done. Tip run done. Car changed. Now time for the gym. Productive Monday. #Motivation #Gym #Housework.”
Fans shared their delight for the 50-year-old in the comments, with one saying: “I thought this was Sophie for a second!”
Another user added: “Thought you were one of the girls… Well done, Sue.”
A third user said: “You look amazing, Sue.” Another user said: “Wow, amazing.” One more user added: “You go, girl.”
Last year, Sue revealed she had committed to a fitness journey and had already lost around two stone.
Later, she shared her joy after reaching the “eight-stone bracket,” which had been her goal weight, adding that size 12 trousers are now loose on her.
She said on Instagram: “I never thought I’d ever wear anything like this again, but I feel so much healthier and more confident after losing nearly two stone.

“I had put on so much weight just eating rubbish food and felt awful.
“I’m now back in the eight-stone bracket, which is where I wanted to be, so I’m really chuffed.”
