A man who said his teeth were ‘badly stained’ from years of drinking coffee noticed a ‘huge difference’ after trying whitening strips that work out at around 83p-a-day. Teeth whitening products continue to grow in popularity, particularly among people looking for noticeable results without sensitivity or expensive dental treatments.
The strips in question are HeySmile Teeth Whitening Strips that are now £19.99 on Amazon and have been designed to deliver visible whitening after just one application. According to independent laboratory testing, the HeySmile whitening gel showed strong whitening performance when used over multiple applications.
In a controlled study, stained enamel samples were whitened by an average of 10 VITA® Bleachedguide shades after six applications, a recognised global measurement used to assess tooth whitening results. The same testing found HeySmile’s gel to be more effective than a comparable whitening gel tested under the same conditions.

How it works is the brand uses a PAP-based whitening formula, developed as an alternative to peroxide, with a focus on effectiveness while being gentle on teeth and gums. The whitening strips are designed for ease of use and come in a box of 28 strips.
The formula aims to break down stains built up over time from coffee, tea and smoking, while avoiding common side effects such as tooth sensitivity or gum irritation. HeySmile Whitening Strips are also vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, and are intended for people who want a straightforward at-home whitening option.

For some alternative options, there is also the Advanced Teeth Whitening & Cleaning Strips (14 Treatments) that have been slashed from £39.99 to £17.99 from Smile Therapy. These are said to be designed to target ‘surface level stains’ which help to brighten the appearance of smiles in as little as one full treatment.
Each box comes with 14 individually packed strips for individual use, one teeth shade chart to monitor and track progress and also one manual. Boots also has the Wisdom Intense White Teeth Whitening Strips Express 3 Sets of Strips for £18, which are said to offer results in just three days of use and they should be used for 30 minutes at a time for best results.
The HeySmile Teeth Whitening Strips have been rated a high 3.9 out of 5 stars on Amazon, however. One person, Kevin, said: “OMG these strips are amazing.
