Before launching her Confessions of A Female Founder podcast in 2025, the Duchess had another podcast called Archetypes.
These claims were made to Vanity Fair and were very damaging to the Duchess’ image, with some ex-staff reportedly alleging that they needed “long-term therapy” after being part of the team who worked on her old podcast.
One source told the publication: “She’s constantly playing checkers – I’m not even going to say chess – but she’s just very aware of where everybody is on her board. And when you are not in, you are to be thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”
Other claims included allegations that some staff members needed “extended breaks from work” after being employed by Meghan.
According to sources, Harry and Meghan were said to be feeling “bruised and upset” after seeing the claims in the article.
The Express has reached out to Meghan Markle’s spokesperson for comment.
This podcast featured Meghan inviting businesswomen to chat about all things business.
The Duchess released only one series of podcast episodes and has not released any more since. It is believed she is spending 2026 focusing on her As Ever lifestyle brand, which the Duchess also launched in 2025.
