A model has admitted she had to fight back an orgasm after taking on a strenuous exercise. She was left even more red-faced when she revealed that the intense feelings began whilst she was working out in a group session.

Sarah Lloyd is a big gym geek, and is no stranger to hitting the weights hard to keep looking flawless. The 25-year-old adult model has said she goes to the gym every single day, without fail, all to maintain her figure.

But in a new interview, the fitness influencer admitted she got more than she bargained for when she appeared to enter a “coregasm” during one intense training day. Sex researchers have said that her experience is an incredibly rare phenomenon.

According to the New York Post, the glamorous model, who boasts an impressive 134,000 followers on social media, said she was in the midst of a Pilates class when the strange feeling began. She initially said she felt “panicked” during the stretch and had to stop to herself from shouting.

“We were doing leg raises and after doing about 10 of them, I started to feel a tingle in my body,” she said. “I thought, ‘Surely that’s not how it’s meant to feel?’

“I was sweating and could feel a similar sensation to what I’d normally experience in bed,” Sarah continued. “As I noticed the climax building, I panicked and had to stop.

“I don’t know if my heavy breathing gave me away. Obviously it felt good — but not right for ab exercises in a gym!”

Sarah experienced what are called “coregasms”, which are orgasms which are induced whilst doing exercise. Whilst branded to be a rare occurrence, they are not unheard of, as sex experts have determined that around 10% of people who regularly work out have one.

Dr Debby Henrick, a researcher within the field of intimacy and sex, said that women who feel the sensation liken it to normal sex in the vagina. However, research has found them to be “more dull, less intense, and more tingly”.

She continued: “They seem to last about the same length of time as orgasms during sex. They occur from exercises that heavily engage the core abdominal muscles.”

Investigations found the most common exercises that could cause such an experience include movements that truly engage the core, such as crunches, knee lifts, hip thrusts and squats. Men are not completely spared from “coregasms”, with some men reporting incidents after doing sit-ups, pull-ups and chin-ups.

After her bizarre experience, Aussie girl Sarah has said she is now deliberately avoiding certain group classes in case the faux pas strikes again. She admitted that as a result, she cannot even do Pilates with other people for fear of enjoying the session just a little too much.

“They’ll say to do leg raises but I just have to refuse; I can’t do them or I will literally orgasm,” she admitted. “None of the instructors have questioned me on it yet and I really hope they don’t.”
