KATY, Texas — A “major, well-known health care institution” has acquired a 137,000-square-foot office building in the Katy area formerly fully occupied by DNV USA.
Rick Goings, one of the JLL brokers representing the property seller, did not disclose more identifying information about the buyer nor about the seller of the property at 1400 Ravello Drive. He said the seller is a “large lending institution” based in New York City that had taken over the property after it foreclosed last year.
DNV USA, the American arm of Norwegian industrial services company DNV, moved into The Offices at Greenhouse on Jan. 1, Going said. DNV signed a 62,779-square-foot lease at the 208,809-square-foot office building at 19219 Katy Freeway about a year ago.
