Stephen Bradley has indicated that he expects in-demand striker Michael Noonan to be at the club for the beginning of the League of Ireland season despite the attempts of German club Hoffenheim to sign the 17-year-old before Monday’s transfer deadline.
Hoffenheim are willing to go to around €1.8m to sign the Ireland U-21 international and he could leave for Germany in this window whereas he would have to wait until the summer to go to an English or Scottish club with Celtic the front-runners and Chelsea also keen.
