On Thursday, February 5, the Sweet Magnolias actress, 34, posted an Instagram carousel with photos from her daughter Maddie Watson’s near-fatal 2017 ATV accident to mark the 9th anniversary.

The 2017 accident occurred when Maddie — then 8 years old — was riding on an ATV, and it flipped into a pond, leaving her submerged underwater for minutes. Maddie was subsequently hospitalized and was in a coma.

Maddie, now 17, shared her mom’s post on her Instagram Story, adding Andrea Bocelli’s “Hallelujah.” She also shared a photo of a hand-drawn card that read “Miracle anniversary” on her story and wrote “our God is good!!” on top of the snap.

Spears’ post comes just weeks after she gifted Maddie a new ATV for Christmas.

As Globe previously reported, the Zoey 101 alum included a snap of the teen and her younger sister, Ivey, 7, sitting on a red ATV with a bow reading “Maddie,” in an Instagram Carousel from the holidays.
