Plans for a new restaurant and apartments linked to the well-known Duggan family have been appealed to An Coimisiún Pleanála.
HT Carroll Limited, a vehicle for the Duggan family from Bray, received permission from Wicklow County Council for the construction of a new restaurant (257 square metres), and 21 apartments across four blocks, with eight apartments in the first two blocks, three apartments in the third, and the fourth to house two apartments.
