Breaking: Gardaí seize cocaine worth €4,400k in west Donegal search

Gardaí yesterday seized cocaine worth more than €4,400 following the search of a house in west Donegal.

The operation took place in Doochary, and a man, aged in his 50s, was arrested and detained at a station in the North Western Region under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.

“He has since been charged and released on bail to appear before An Clochán Liath District Court at a future date,” a garda spokesperson said.
