The abolition of the passenger cap at Dublin Airport will finally go to the Cabinet on Tuesday — and some affected homeowners could be offered well above the market value of their home if they agree to sell their properties.

Transport Minister Darragh O’Brien says legislation to scrap the 32 million ceiling on passengers annually will be passed by the end of the year.
