Builders have delayed completion date for €2.24bn hospital 18 times in five years

Just over 400 rooms are nearly ready at the new Children’s Hospital, with the latest promised completion date of April 30 looming.
Records released to the Sunday Independent show more than 3,800 rooms out of 5,728 rooms in the hospital have yet to meet contractual standards.
