The MICHELIN Guide Ceremony for Great Britain & Ireland 2026 took place today at the Convention Centre in Dublin, marking the first time MICHELIN has hosted its annual awards in Ireland.
Restaurants may receive one to three MICHELIN Stars for the quality of their food based on five criteria:Â quality of the ingredients used, mastery of flavour and cooking techniques, the personality of the chef in the cuisine, harmony of flavours, and consistency between visits.
