Loose Women star Coleen Nolan has unveiled a completely different project with her famous sons. The 60-year-old star will be hitting the road this month for her new live show, This Is Me, which will be touring across the UK.

The intimate show will invite audiences to get up close and personal in an evening of live music, stories, heartfelt moments, and plenty of laughs. This Is Me begins in Leeds next week (Wednesday, February 18), stopping in locations like Gateshead, Bury St Edmunds, and Manchester, before concluding in London on August 2.

Coleen appeared on ITV’s This Morning on Tuesday (February 10), where she spoke to hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard about her exciting new venture, which she’s sharing with her two sons. Coleen’s eldest son, Shane, will be hosting the event, with her other son, musician Jake Roche, directing and producing.

“It’s so different to my other tour that I did, which was a proper concert tour with a live band, musicians, singers – it was all a girls’ night out. This is more about [being] very intimate, audience participation, questions from the audience,” Coleen explained.

“My son [is] asking the questions, going through my life. We’ve got videos from the past with my sisters, and, obviously, up to date ones… With the [other tour], I had about 30-odd songs to learn, [and] I’m terrible at lyrics, so that took months. Whereas this one, I’m not shy of talking, am I?”

She added: “The audience can ask questions, whatever they want – nothing is out of bounds.” Ben then asked: “And the boys are alright with mum sharing those kinds of things?”

Coleen replied: “The boys know everything. They know stuff that isn’t even true… One of the most popular things on my social media is when I do look backs of my sisters and I think it’s nostalgic for people, equally kids growing up, if they were fans.

“When I did the last tour, which was a proper performance tour, I wanted to do that because I thought if I’m asked when I can no longer do anything, ‘What’s your biggest regret?’ It would be that I never performed again because that’s what I grew up with and that’s what my passion was, and I don’t think you get adrenaline like it from live performance.”

The star went on: “I’m looking forward to this one because it’s different again, and I think people will have good time. And obviously there will be some music involved, because I’d like [audiences] at the end to have a good night, and not be bored listening to my voice.”

Coleen also spoke about her appearance on the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating, which will also star rapper Professor Green, Love Island’s Gabby Allen, Celebrity Big Brother’s David Potts, MAFS Australia star Lucinda Light and former rugby player James Haskell.

Speaking about landing a role on the show, Coleen revealed: “I phoned them! I watched the last series and saw Kerry [Katona] meet the love of her life and all of that, and I thought, ‘Do you know what? I haven’t got anyone right now. It looks like such fun,’ and I just phoned my agent.”

Loose Women airs weekdays on ITV1 and ITVX at 12.30pm, while Celebs Go Dating will air on E4 later this year
