It was a night of joy and celebration for the team at the “impossibly elegant” The Pullman restaurant after they earned their first Michelin Star.
The Galway restaurant, which is located on the grounds of the Glenlo Abbey Estate and has two lovingly restored Orient Express carriages, gained its Michelin Star after an intense reopening 10 months ago.
