Walsh’s, located in Smear, Aughnacliffe county Longford comprises of a well-established country store, a modern fuel forecourt, and an adjoining private residence.
The transaction was handled by Smith Property, which confirmed that interest in the property was robust, driven by its strong commercial performance and flexible purchasing options.
The current proprietor is retiring after decades of successful operation, with the auctioneer saying this is “a rare opportunity to acquire a fully operational, turnkey business with proven performance, goodwill, and an established customer base.”
