Emergency services are currently at the scene of a collision between a truck and a cyclist in Cork City.
The incident took place at approximately 6.15pm at the junction of Albert Street and Albert Road in Cork city, where traffic were trying to enter the N27 to head northbound.
Albert Street is closed between Albert Quay and the South Link Road and diversions are in place.
The cyclist has been receiving treatment from members of the National Ambulance Service, while Gardaà have also arrived on scene at the incident, which has caused traffic backlogs on what is a busy junction.
The condition of the cyclist, the only injured person in the incident, is not yet known.
