A sharp looking Donegal eased to a comfortable eight victory over a lacklustre Mayo in a packed O’Donnell Park, Letterkenny, this afternoon.
Oisín ‘Farrah’ Gallen made a welcome return for Jim McGuinness’ charges, knocking over 0-6 in what was his first start after an injury layoff.
Four Masters teenager, Conor McCahill, also impressed with 0-3 while Carndonagh man, Conor O’Donnell was named Man of the Match with 1-03.
The result sees Donegal top the division with six points from six, but with a tough encounter away to Armagh next week.
