The book of evidence is not yet available in relation to a Castleisland man who allegedly set up a camera in a bathroom and recorded images of a former partner.
The update was provided at a recent sitting of Tralee District Court by Sergeant Chris Manton.
35-year-old Pádraig Griffin, of Tullig, Castleisland, appeared before Judge David Waters via video-link from Cork Prison.
He faces three charges including recording, distributing, or publishing intimate images without consent, on the 29th March 2025.
He’s also charged with harassment; and threatening to kill or cause serious harm on October 23rd.
His solicitor, Padraig O’Connell told the court he can’t object to a further remand in custody of two weeks.
However, Mr O’Connell requested that if the book of evidence becomes available in the meantime, Mr Griffin be brought to court in person.
