Meghan Markle‘s latest photo of her husband Prince Harry and her mini-me Princess Lilibet included a subtle detail that called to mind her late mother-in-law Princess Diana. In the Valentine’s Day snapshot, the four-year-old princess can be seen wearing a pale pink ballet dress and matching tights. Diana, of course, was also a longtime lover of dance.

Prince Harry held his daughter in the photo, who in turn held a bundle of red balloons. “These two + Archie = my forever Valentines,” Markle wrote in the caption.

Though Markle hasn’t shared any details about whether or not Lilibet is actually studying dance, her daughter was certainly dressed for the part. Lilibet thus appears to be taking after her grandmother, who was a frequent visitor to the National Ballet in London and who famously took secret dance lessons after marrying into the British royal family.

“She loved to dance,” Anne Allan, author of Dancing With Diana: A Memoir, once told People. “The minute she started to move her arms, you could see the feeling that it brought her. She was able to be herself. She loved to move and loved to have fun.”

Diana’s classes with Allan most famously resulted in a 1985 performance at the Royal Opera House with dancer Wayne Sleep. The pair danced a duet to Billy Joel‘s “Uptown Girl,” and she was reportedly thrilled by the experience. “As she came off from the final bow,” Allan later called, “Diana said to both of us: ‘Beats the wedding!'”
